Transfer credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis, evaluating acceptable substitutions for the courses stated in the curriculum. Not more than 1/3 (12 credits) of the required 36 credits may be transferred in. This includes any credits transferred from another institution or gained through Prior Learning Assessment. The following process applies to students requesting transfer credits:

2. A decision will be made based on the alignment of learning outcomes between the proposed transfer course and the course which would be replaced.
3. The student will be informed in writing of the decision.
